We hope you love your Scrub Be Love products, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email us at info@scrubbelove.com with:

1. Your name
2. Order number
3. Product(s) you’d like to return
4. Reason for the return

We’ll reply with return instructions and the address where your items should be sent.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not provide prepaid return labels at this time. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging when applicable.

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, used sponges, scrubbers, dish cloths, brushes, and other personal or cleaning-use items cannot be returned once they have been used.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
